Thanks to our tremendous customers and fans, we were named Philly's Best Sports Bar for the third straight year, as well as Best Neighborhood Bar. We can't wait to celebrate these victories with you, the voters, so come on in on September 10th for our HOTLIST Party and have a few drinks with us.

Also, DJ Perry Angelozzi won the city's Best DJ award. He has been a big part of what we do at SPB&G, and he greatly appreciates all of your support.

SPB&G Named 8th Best Sports Bar in America

As mentioned by The Philly Post, theChive named South Philly Bar & Grill to their "Top 25 Sports Bars in America" list! We came in at #8 and we're the only Philadelphia bar to make it. We are extremely proud of this honor, and want to thank our customers for making it all possible. Accolades like this are only achievable with great customers who have fun at our bar and share their love for SPB&G. We greatly appreciate it.

CNNGo Names SPB&G one of Top 101 Sports Bars in the Country

CNNGo released a list of the 101 best sports bars in the United States. South Philly Bar and Grill made the list, and was one of only three PA sports bars to make the cut. Here's what they said:

"A consensus game day destination for fans in one of the most rabid sports towns in America, it’s also a regular winner of local 'best sports bar in Philly' awards. While it’s steps away from cheesesteak cathedrals Pat’s and Geno’s, SPB&G offers its own worthy entrants in the debate."
